  • Life can feel overwhelming at times, especially when you’ve been carrying the weight of stress, grief, anxiety, or identity struggles alone. Individual therapy offers a space to slow down and be truly seen. We offer therapy in both English and Mandarin, and often support clients who identify as immigrants, AAPI, and LGBTQ+. Whether you’re feeling stuck or simply want to live with more intention, we meet you with warmth and curiosity to help you reconnect with what matters most.

  • We offer developmentally appropriate therapy for children facing anxiety, trauma, behavioral challenges, school stress, family transitions, or emotional overwhelm. We collaborate closely with caregivers to support the whole family system and strengthen parent-child connection. Our team includes clinicians trained in early childhood work and experienced in supporting children under age 5 through play-based, somatic, and trauma-informed approaches.

  • Adolescence is a time of growth, but it can also bring confusion, pressure, and emotional overwhelm. You may be navigating anxiety, school stress, shifting relationships, or questions about who you are becoming. We support teens in exploring their thoughts and emotions with curiosity, not judgment, and we take your voice seriously in the process. When helpful, we collaborate with caregivers to strengthen understanding and communication at home, while always centering your autonomy and trust.

  • Relationships are where we’re most connected—and sometimes, most stuck. Couples and families often come to therapy when communication breaks down, cultural or generational tensions surface, or parenting stress feels overwhelming. We support you in exploring patterns, building trust, and finding more intentional ways to relate to one another. Whether you’re working through conflict, life transitions, or simply want to feel closer again, therapy can help shift longstanding dynamics and foster meaningful connection.

  • Group therapy offers more than just support, it’s a powerful space for reflection, emotional growth, and relational insight. In our groups, clients have the opportunity to better understand how they show up in relationships, gently explore their patterns in real time, and practice new ways of connecting with others. While group offers comfort in knowing you’re not alone, its deeper impact comes from the process of discovering how you relate, what gets in the way of closeness, and how to take emotional risks in a safe, intentional space.
