Hi, I’m Guanhua
Hi, I’m glad you’re here. Reaching out for therapy often means you’ve been handling things on your own for a long time. Maybe it’s the weight of work or school stress, family expectations, questions about identity, relationship struggles, or simply a quiet sense that something doesn’t feel quite right. My goal is to create a safe space where you can pause, reflect, develop deeper understanding and compassion for yourself, and begin finding ways to live more in alignment with what truly matters to you.
I specialize in working with clients navigating life transitions, cultural identity, and belonging. As a former international student and immigrant, I hold a deep understanding of the pressures many Asian and bicultural individuals carry. I often support clients working through anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, grief, and identity exploration. I also incorporate group therapy into my work, using the group space to foster support, deepen self-understanding, and explore how people experience themselves in relationship with others.
