For children and teens, I use a creative mix of play and art to help them express their feelings naturally, helping families restore ease and joyful connection at home. For those who wish to center their healing in their relationship with God, I offer faith-integrated counseling. I am honored to help you draw upon your spirituality to find clarity, hope, and a deeper understanding of your true identity in Christ.

You can call, email or go to our client portal to request an initial consultation. If you can’t find any time slot that work for you, or have more questions before booking, feel free to contact us.

Both. We see clients in-person at our San Jose office and via secure video throughout California.

We are currently out-of-network with most insurance plans. Some of our clinicians accept EAP such as Lyra Health.
For many common plans — including United Healthcare, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield of California, and Cigna — we can submit claims directly on your behalf, so you don't have to deal with superbills yourself. If your insurance isn't on that list, we'll provide a superbill you can submit for reimbursement. Many of our clients receive up to 80% back from their out-of-network benefits.
