Both. We see clients in-person at our San Jose office and via secure video throughout California.

Yes. Some of our clinicians are in-network with insurance plans such as Aetna. For other insurance plans, we are out-of-network, and many clients still receive up to 80% reimbursement through out-of-network benefits.
For many common plans — including United Healthcare, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield of California, and Cigna — we can submit claims directly on your behalf, so you don't have to deal with superbills yourself. If your insurance isn't on the list, we'll provide a superbill for you to submit for reimbursement.

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations. Late cancellations or missed sessions may be subject to a fee.

Yes — for established clients who are engaged in ongoing therapy.
We’re unable to provide such documentation for new clients at intake.
